Boy Gets Tattoo For Life: According to Parentdish, a British boy suffered a reaction to a supposedly temporary tattoo of cartoon character Bart Simpson, and now the three-year-old may be stuck with the tattoo for life. Doctors say the red, raised outline of the tattoo may cause a permanent scar. The two-inch image was supposedly done in henna, a temporary, reddish ink, but the tattoo was black and doctors say the ink used may have contained the chemical "PPD," most often found in hair dye.
