Someone very close to Sarah Palin loves Tina Fey's impression of Republican vice presidential candidate: Her sister! "[It is] really dead on physically," says Palin's sister, Heather Bruce. "[Tina] does a great job. Maybe "[she] goes a little bit overboard with the sarcastic impressions, but I know that's Hollywood." As for how Palin is handling the media scrutiny, especially her interview with CBS's Katie Couric, Bruce says her sister is tough. "I couldn't make myself watch. It just seemed like maybe she was attacking harder than I could have handled," Bruce says. "But [Sarah] is cut from a different mold than I and she can handle this."

I just read something great this morning on women, or not so great! When women get their hate on, they don’t just dislike, they loathe! And then we all go hate together, it’s really rather pathetic. I’m a woman, I do it, so do you, it’s like it’s in our DNA, but we have got to get past Palin’s being prettier than us and maybe a better mom than us! She’s strong and yet a REAL person, and just because we are jealous, does that give us the right to HATE? If you think yes, then we could just do what we always do and just vote in some guy to run this awesome country. It’s worked so well for us in the past! Because the chances of us finding a woman, whom other women won’t hate, seems skinnier than last year’s jeans.
