25 students at Millard South High School in Omaha Nebraska were recently suspended for wearing t-shirts to honor a fellow student who was shot and killed.

The students were ordered to stay home from after they showed up to school wearing t-shirts memorializing 18-year-old Julius Robinson, a Millard South High School football player who had been shot to death. Proceeds from the sale of the shirts went to Robinson's family so they could buy a headstone for the teen's grave.
School officials said the words "Julius RIP" on the shirts were disruptive and, after consulting with Omaha police, could also be considered gang-related.
What do you think? Is it free speech, or does the school have the right to regulate what students wear to class?
