Sarah Palin without Makeup

Thursday, October 9, 2008

Maybe if she looked like THIS, we'd buy that she was just a regular hockey mom ...

She wore a $3,000 Valentino suit at the GOP convention, reportedly has a tanning bed in her home, may tattoo on her lip liner, gets brassy highlights, wears too much blush and sports $375 glasses. We wanted to see what she'd look like as a REAL hockey mom, so we did a lil' something ... Wink, wink ...

Plus, Palin's Newsweek cover just hit stands ... but not everyone thinks it's a fair or flattering shot (especially when compared to Obama's ethereal cover). What do you think?

Wow, what haters we have here. How can we teach our children to do the right things if we are posting things like this?

I cannot believe you went through all the trouble to post Sarah without makeup. I can only think it was prompted by jealousy. I have a “news flash” for you Mom Logic. I am an everyday mom & grandmother. Everyday I wear makeup and also look totally different without it as well. Would you infer that I am not a “regular joe” because I choose to wear makeup every day? I don’t think so but it does show I care about my appearance and have been this way since I was able to wear makeup. Also, her designer glasses and suits are no different than any other candidate, spouse of a candidate or those in the Senate or House. Get a grip on your Democratic bias Mom Logic and try to talk about things that really matter. Also, less of being so shallow….. if I may ask.

You know what, she’s still prettier than you who wrote this article! How can I say this? Because her spirit is so much sweeter than yours at this moment. Also, if that’s what she looks like without makeup on, it’s quite beautiful! Don’t you think we should teach our children that women are beautiful even without 4 layers of makeup on? What message are you sending to people? Why didn’t you show Michelle Obama without her makeup on? Because apparently that’s who your pick is for the First Lady. I have to also agree with this comment: Amy on October 8, 2008 1:26 PM wrote: She does not look bad at all. Have you people ever looked in the mirror in the morning yourself? I cant wait until this election is over; I am so sick of the negative bashing. So you don’t like Sarah Palin; keep it to yourself and let your voice be heard on Nov 4th. Then again, Amy…you know it’s not going to stop! If Obama doesn’t win, the liberals will still keep tearing down McCain and Palin. You know how the liberal media is. Trying to brainwash everyone(just like most celebs) to get people to side with them. It’s never going to end.

Wow - this just reminds me of how shallow some women are and why we get such a bad name because we consistantly degrade one another. Way to set an example for young women across America. Rather than talking about things that really matter we are talking about the Vice Presidential candidates makeup and suit. I can tell you that if I was going to be viewed by everyone in the Country I would do my best to make sure that I looked good! If she looked like crap we would comment on what a terrible example she was setting by not taking care of herself. Whatever - some of us just need to get past highschool.

She’s a pretty woman, with or without makeup, but I can’t believe we are talking about this in the midst of an economic crisis, war, and election. Where’s the equal shots of Biden, McCain, and Obama in their sweats and morning “look”.

This is ridiculous! We would never have this conversation about a male. Sarah Palin is very physically attractive with or without makeup. Her politics disgust me, I wish the media would focus on what matters, rather than give her fodder to change the focus of this race.

Are you not MOM’S here?! Missing LOGIC, to send out a personal criticism of Gov.Palin. MOMS DON’T KILL THEIR BABIES! MOMS DON’T ATTACK OTHER MOMS. especially those with character as good as Gov. Sarah Palin. Let’s learn from her. She is a good example of a caring woman.

BIAS BIG TIME, look at the pix of Obama, black/white with a HALO background as usual!!!! It’s been proven the picture was tainted by Newsweek photographers on both of them!! Obvious as to why, isn’t it???

The sad fact about America is that we treat women unfairly when it comes to women getting involved in what men would call “their games”. AND that’s what it is. I have never been a fan of Hillary Clinton and she was definitely attacked in inappropriate ways by the Republican party, but nothing like the kinda CRAP Palin has had to put up with. This is sad and it says so much about what American men and the American press will do to push their opinions on others — no matter what the cost. I am all for a fair election process, but the media has absolutely lost the ability to report the news without putting their own agendas behind EVERYTHING they report! This is just absolute BULLSH*T! I have been waiting and watching to see who I would vote for and I am going with McCain and Palin. I think Obama, if he (or his wife) for that matter, were all they claimed to be, would at the very least make a plea for the media to be fair and ask them to report the facts and stop this garbage. THAT IS WHAT A MAN OF INTEGRITY (AS HE CLAIMS TO BE) WOULD DO! BTW, I know many a hockey mom, and they get all gussied up to go see their little ones make a goal. So this whole ‘real hockey mom’ issue is out the window. Hockey moms are hot! And hey, Obama, I’ve seen at least 5 different commercials where your make-up is different shades. You need to get a better make-up artist for yourself! HEY LADIES, WE NEED TO UNITE AND TAKE OVER THE COUNTRY! THEN WE WOULD HAVE SOME REAL CHANGE! LOL! :O)

It repulses me to see how women treat other women. I don’t enjoy pictures of “celebrities” or politicians without makeup. Regardless of your political beliefs, there should be some level of respect for one another. It’s the same “girls” in junior high that fed off of picking other girls apart. Disgusting!!!

I think Sarah is an amazing woman who has accomplished amazing things and that is why everyone is trying to tear her down! She looks great, she’s smart and hopefully she will be the next Vice President! C’mon people—get over your jealousy of accomplished woman! The media is destroying her and the view of the economy…….we are self-destructing.

I’m trying to vote, “They are trying to make her look bad” and the page won’t take my vote…..even after logging in?!? I also think she looks great without makeup, better than anyone I know. The media is beyond biased and way too liberal.

I think she looks better in the ‘no makeup’ picture. Much softer and more approachable.

I agree with the fact that this is ridiculous. Who cares what she looks like without makeup. Who cares how much or how little she spends to look good. GET A LIFE and leave her alone. Worry about the important things like the economy.

I’m not a fan of Palin but I think she looks fine in either photo. I think I can relate to both depictions. When I am going to be in front of a large crowd (or if ever on television) I would pull out my good suit and put on the makeup. I think it looks “presentable”. Or if I’m just running around town I put on clothes I wont mind going to costco in and picking up the salt for the water softenerther. As for makeup ~ I skimp. It’s life!

As a website for mom’s this is in very, very poor taste. How shallow can you be? I can’t believe you show how biased you are by putting so many things against Sarah Palin! What you consider humor I consider disgust!! Just to let you know….. I am now unsubscribing to this website. As I am sure many others will do the same. I thought you were for the good in helping women. But Momlogic is just a huge disappointment!

We are all sisters and need to support and nurture each other. Nothing is gained by bashing each other. It is so sad that we feel we need to put others down to make ourselves feel better. :( I am proud that we have a woman who will possibly, finally play a major role in what happens in this country. Stop bashing and be supportive for once. How would you rate and what would other’s say about you if you were in her shoes? What would you NOT want them to say!!!! Please get off your pedestals.

You all know that this is the same photo retouched-right? Who really knows what she looks like? Get a real photo of the hockey mom for us to compare.
