Teen sweethearts Christina "Paige" Alley and Levi Carlson, 14 and 16, have been missing since Friday night. Police say Levi is bi-polar and off his meds, and worry the teens could be in danger. Here's the latest.

Police have now issued an Amber Alert for two teens who were seen last Friday night at a high school football game in Lathrop, Mo.
Alley performed in the band at the football game's halftime show and was then given permission to leave. The teen's parents said she told her band director she had an emergency. Her mom called police after her only child didn't come home that night.
"She was frazzled. She was upset because he'd been calling her apparently saying, well, we heard one student say he was going to commit suicide," Kim Alley, Paige's mother, told WDAF.
The Alleys think Paige's boyfriend, Levi Carlson, was in emotional distress after getting into a fight with his father, which may have lead to his stepmother suffering a heart attack Thursday night. (She has since been released from the hospital.)
Momlogic spoke with family spokesman Jim Dier for the latest. He said, "There has been no contact with Christina or Levi ... no Facebook chatter, no calls, no emails. They don't have their cell phones with them. This obviously is the most traumatic thing that's ever happened to both sets of parents. It's every parent's worst nightmare."
He said the message the family is trying to send Christina and Levi via the media is that "you're both loved, you're both valued ... but it's time for you kids to come home."
They believe the teens, neither of whom have a driver's license, may be headed toward Arkansas, Colorado or California in a maroon 1996 Toyota Avalan with Missouri license PD0 A5U.
