Judith Johnson went to the hospital for what she thought was a case of indigestion. Hospital employees approached her husband an hour later and told him that Judith had gone into cardiac arrest and was unable to be resuscitated. The Delaware woman was later found breathing in the morgue, so the Johnsons are now suing the hospital and medical staff for damages. They say Judith suffers from liver damage, chest pain, memory loss and a change in personality as a result of her treatment at the medical center.
