Manuel Uribe, the world's fattest man, married his longtime girlfriend Claudia Solis this weekend in Mexico. He hasn't left his bed in six years and had to travel to the wedding ceremony on a flatbed truck.

He married wife Claudia Solis in northern Mexico in front of 400 guests. Interestingly, Uribe met his new bride in 2004 at the bedside of his friend and her then husband, who at the time held the title holder of world's fattest man. When he died, Solis began dating Uribe. He once weighed 1235 lbs, but reportedly lost 500 lbs. when Solis encouraged him to get on The Zone diet.
