Pisces12-Year-Old Arrested for Passing Gas in Class
Parentdish: A 12-year-old Florida student was arrested earlier this month after he "deliberately passed gas to disrupt the class," according to police. The child, who was also accused of shutting off the computers of classmates at Stuart's Spectrum Jr./Sr. High School, was busted November 4 for disruption of a school function.
A Martin County Sheriff's Office report notes that the 4' 11" offender admitted that he "continually disrupted his classroom environment by breaking wind and shutting off several computers." The boy, whose name was redacted from the police report released today, was turned over to his mother following the arrest. The young perp turned 13 on November 15.

are you kidding me? we have rapist, murderers, and child molestors walking free, kids bringing guns to school and they arrest him for passing gas? Tax dollars hard at work.
This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. He should have been sent to the hallway or put in suspension. If I were this child’s mother I might consider a lawsuit against this school. It isn’t like the kid was harming anyone. And as I remember, there is always someone in class that disrupts others. Maybe this kid is just screaming for someone to pay more positive attention to him.
Are you kidding me? They are going to give this kid a record for being disruptive in class?? Thats just plain ridiculous, whatever happen to suspension or an alternative school. Seems to me that the educators of today only want to work with the easy kids and dont want to put themselves out to help those who obviously have some issues. This is why I am homeschooling my child. Lord forbid she cough too loud, Id have to bond her out of the clink!
This is the most terrible case of injustice I have ever heard of! I am a seven years old kid, and I know better than the official who decided to arrest the kid in this story.
Absolutely! I’m surprised Homeland Security hasn’t acted on this. Tens of thousands of these noxious imps pose a serious risk to National Security. No, absolutely not. They could have just sent him home for a couple of days or put him in detention. The arrest was unacceptable.
