President George W. Bush's dog Barney snapped at a surprised reporter who was trying to give the pup some friendly attention.

Reporter Jon Decker reached to pet the Scottish terrier during a walk outside of the White House when it jumped up and bit his index finger.

The moment was caught on camera by another reporter and quickly made it's way to YouTube.

Luckily for Barney, he won't have to deal with the bothersome White House press much longer!
