New reports say Casey and her lawyer may have more than just a professional relationship.

Rumors are swirling that Casey Anthony, the mom accused of killing her three-year-old daughter Caylee, and her attorney Jose Baez engaged in close, intimate and possibly inappropriate embraces while he visited her in jail.

Media reports say lawyers are never supposed to touch their clients - especially like this.

•According to WFTV, Baez and Anthony "were too friendly during their visit" and a corrections officer at the jail even had to separate them. Baez said he didn't know the rules and begged a guard not to write up the hugs. The guard wrote that Baez was "upset as he hugs all of his clients." We spoke with Allen Moore, a spokesman for the jail, who denied this report, saying at no time did an officer have to separate the two.

•Videotape of their "intimate meetings" has been recorded, but "their potentially damaging alleged love tapes are not available."

However, jail officials saw no romance in the hugs.

•"Despite the report that aired on one local TV station, there is no public record to support that these two incidents were anything more than social hugs or comforting hugs," jail spokesman Allen Moore said.

•Moore also told WKMG that Baez had been cooperative and professional when approached on the issue, and jail officials consider it a closed matter.

But a viewer had complained to the Florida State Bar about Baez's behavior after seeing WFTV's initial hug report Thursday night, and reports say the Florida Bar could even revoke Baez's license.

A pathology like Casey’s manifest themselves in attraction, and use of men for their own benefit. Baez is being used, and he doesn’t have a clue. Casey Anthony/baby killer is very smart - and very evil.

That is an interesting theory sbout him handing her a phone so she could tell them where Caylee was, so they could hide her bones better, if the alligators didn’t get her first, because why was her dad looking in blanchard park, but not helping the tim miller group find her, he might have already known

about the comment about Baez ruining his career for a minute of pleasure…OH PA-LEASE!! where have you been? how many man have ruined their political careers in just this past year!?!?!?! you’ve got to be kidding if you don’t think he or anyone else would take a minute of pleasure without thinking of the consequences! how naieve could you be!

Has a psychiatric evaluation been done on this crazy woman? She is psychotic obviously and devoid of remorse or conscience fo killing her daughter. And her lawyer needs to be disbarred immediately, if not sooner! What the hell is wrong with people?!

this lawyer should be taken off this case. touching in any way is out of the question. he needs to have another female with him at all times when seeing casey. with her being so young and being so wild as she is. she would do anything with anyone . sick sick girl. i also believe she doesn’t know who the father of caylee is and bet he is alive some where

I feel the father of Caylee is a married man,or she doesn’t know who the father is. It appears she had several men hanging around her at all times. I think Casey and Baez are having sex. Why else would a client need 6 hours a day 5 days a week behind closed doors for child abuse,and check fraud. That was happening before they charged her with murder. Most clients for thoses types of charges see the lawyer maybe twice before they meet in court. Also, nothing is being leaked to the press, Florida has a sunshine law. Anyone can get that information just by asking, it public record. Baez should know that is is a lawyer from there.

Well, a hug is wrong In this situation, no amount of love should be comforted to her Not like that, not from him She has parents- her brother - her boyfriends - her friends She had a daughter who loved her unconditionally - or perhaps she didn’t But she had people to love her He needs to be reminded of boundaries today and be held to those while performing his duties on the job Probably not a good idea next time!

All i can say is that Caylee is with the lord and at least we know now that she is safe from all harm.. Caylee will be in my prays. I can only hope for justice. To Casey Anthony.. I hope you get what you deserve. No child should go through so much pain and torture. All evidence brings you to Caylee’s murder. I hope you get what you need. The needle. To the grandparents all i can say is that i really hope you are not hiding anything because you want to save your daughter.If you really care bout Caylee you will tell the truth…. I believe this case has touch many people all over the world and all i can say is everyone please let us keep caylee in our prays….

I have been with this theory all along ,she spent HOURS EVERYDAY of her mini bail out saga in his office 9am-5pm !to hear the insiders take (lenord padilla )tell it - “she never once spoke of Caylee not once in the 10-11 (first days of release from jail ) not one time “. Instead she was “The ONE in charge”!!on her myspace page - before they shut it down - not only was it strange-but the song on it was one i looked up - “Silverchair’s- If you keep loosing sleep”. She controlls the visits on tape- telling her parents -“Ya I talked to Lee” or “Ya me & Lee already spoke about that & he know’s where to go on all that “!! I can only pray for poor little Caylee Marie as she sits on Jesus lap , looking down at the choas & contemptive behavior - and know that only He can show her how to slay the devil , then & only then will this beautiful little Angel R.I.P.

I feel that this crime that’s been commited needs to be justified for little caylee anthony. Lawyers shouldn’t be allowed to give hugs like that it’s very obvious how Baez has his hands all over casey anthony why? That’s a good question and it’s a little too much. This woman has commited a very serious crime and it needs to have closure so little Caylee gets JUSTICE she does deserve that!!

The meter reader found her because of what he does every day ..walking and looking..He seen a certain person over in those woods more than once looking franticly for something..And with caseys jail tapes giving up the clues he figured it out..PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT CASEY SAYS TO BROTHER MOM AND DAD…………………………

l also believe that Casey, and her Attorney Baez have a romantic relationship going on. While she was at her last court appearance the look of love was all over her face, and she was blushing while Baez was whispering in her ear. They have more than Attorney, and client relationship going on that is for sure.

You can not believe everything you read or hear.. Am not going to say that she killed her daugther or that she didn’t.. I will wait until all the evidence are process and they determine what happen to that poor lil girl. We live in twisted world and there is a lot of sick people out there, so no one really knows what happen to the girl and who killed! For now all we can do and wait and hope that they find out soon what happen!

its so sad that george tried to kill himself, he knows the truth. he just cant handle it. his sweet baby caylee is gone forever, and now hes about to lose his daughter. well i will say this …..he will have more money in his pocket with casey gone, in fact theo whole family will have more money because the thief will be gone, but we are all heartbroken over little caylee being gone
