New reports say Casey and her lawyer may have more than just a professional relationship.

Rumors are swirling that Casey Anthony, the mom accused of killing her three-year-old daughter Caylee, and her attorney Jose Baez engaged in close, intimate and possibly inappropriate embraces while he visited her in jail.

Media reports say lawyers are never supposed to touch their clients - especially like this.

•According to WFTV, Baez and Anthony "were too friendly during their visit" and a corrections officer at the jail even had to separate them. Baez said he didn't know the rules and begged a guard not to write up the hugs. The guard wrote that Baez was "upset as he hugs all of his clients." We spoke with Allen Moore, a spokesman for the jail, who denied this report, saying at no time did an officer have to separate the two.

•Videotape of their "intimate meetings" has been recorded, but "their potentially damaging alleged love tapes are not available."

However, jail officials saw no romance in the hugs.

•"Despite the report that aired on one local TV station, there is no public record to support that these two incidents were anything more than social hugs or comforting hugs," jail spokesman Allen Moore said.

•Moore also told WKMG that Baez had been cooperative and professional when approached on the issue, and jail officials consider it a closed matter.

But a viewer had complained to the Florida State Bar about Baez's behavior after seeing WFTV's initial hug report Thursday night, and reports say the Florida Bar could even revoke Baez's license.

this whole case is crazy as can be. from the client to the parents and even the lawyer . casey must really think she is all that when the fact is she isn’t. something i feel did go wrong in her growing up years for she to have sex with guys the way she did . now the google eyes her and her lawu=yer exchange is sicking . for me to see this i’m sure others have also. this guy needs to be replaced with another lawyer. he is not good for her case. get this case over with and stop catering to this tot mom. and her family. wish the media would also stop reporting on this case. enough is enough

i offen wonder when she was going to his office everyday when she was on bail she would be at his office all day,everyday does’nt he have other cleints…i mean what can take all day, it did’nt take her long to kill her daughter. im sure she did’nt wanta talk bout caylee…it;s very very sad that this monster gets this kind on attentionit’s sad very

I’ve been following this case from the beginning and agree about how she plays men and how she and her “attorney” look at each other tells it all. I hate to say this, but I think there’s a distinct possibility that Lee is Caylee’s father. 1. They talk to each other like no other brother/sister I’ve ever known. 2. Why is the whole family so evasive about the father…they lie about it like everything else. 3. It is apparent this family was extremely disfunctional long before this happened. 4. I think the only way Casey knows to relate with men is on a sexual level. I hope I’m not being gross but all the signs are there.

Do I personally think Casey is guilty as hell?…Yep! But do I also think she, as an american, has the right to due process and a fair trial?….Yep again! Baez is an affectionate guy, the hugs were probably comforting a client, I’ve hugged an attorney of mind before, no romance, just a hug. No need to assume anything more.

Of course, Casey is screwing the lawyer! She screws everyone, so why not Baez? Baez is just a soso lawyer out of his depths in this case..He loves the publicity and the attention, and if Casey offers herself to him, I’m sure he’d take advantage of all that. The real victims here are poor Caylee and George Anthony, who wears his pain like a death mask. His agony is so supreme that he either will kill himself or become one of the most dynamic advocates for abused children there ever was. I’m rooting for this guy. He’s got a heart - unlike his evil daughter.

she was doing him in his junky office, way before she finaly got the murder charge. she was there every day 6 hours a day. pro bono? in more ways than one!

look at the line-up, it goes all the way to China.. Baez is #?? I’d think she’d have VD by now or worse.. I think she is ugly.
