College Student Sues Website Over Cyber Gossip

A University of Delaware student is suing a website for gossiping about about her personal life online.
Identified only as Jane Doe, the woman is seeking damages over the "vulgar, scurrilous and false" accusations made about her sexual history on juicycampus.com.
Juicycampus.com is a website dedicated to letting users "spill the juice about all the crazy stuff" going on on their campuses.
