First, we spotted Posh with her crazy knee-high boots with no heels. Now Mrs. Tom Cruise is making headlines with these ribbon shoes. Kate was spotted in NYC on her way to perform in Arthur Miller's play "All My Sons" wearing these bad boys with some tight skinny pleather pants. What do you think? Hot or totally not?
