Marc Jacobs company paid a $1 million fine on Wednesday to resolve allegations that he bribed a New York state employee.
Marc Jacobs International was accused last winter of continually bribing a superintendent at a National Guard armory to secure the location for high profile fashion shows.
Neither the fashion designer nor the company will face charges in the scandal.
The armory superintendent pleaded guilty to bribery indictment and is scheduled to be sentenced next month.
