I saw Miley the other day on tv wearing a very short skirt. I don’t think her mother knew about it, and I can’t help but wonder if she got a spanking for it when she got home. If she didn’t, she should have.

I am glad to hear that Miley’s mom don’t allow her to get away with everything under the sun unlike say the Olsen twins did when they were younger. To know that Miley was and may still get spanked when being out of line to me says that her mom is a good parent who does get involved in her childs life and is doing her best to raise Miley and her siblings correctly.
