The Desperate Housewife vixen was spotted getting comfortable with actor David Spade (who has a knack for catching hot blonds).

Nicollete was celebrating her 45th birthday with friends at Luau, a new L.A. restaurant, and arrived separately from Spade, who started the evening at another table. Spade eventually made his way over to Nicollette's booth and they "cuddled and kissed" all night.
