Cops say Mary Delgado, winner of season six of "The Bachelor," went on a drunken rampage on Saturday night and was arrested for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
TMZ reports Delgado didn't want to leave Lorina's Cantina in Del Rio, Texas and became irate. She reportedly refused to leave the bar, hollering that it was her "constitutional right" to stay as long as she wanted -- that's when the cops were called. As she was whisked off to the slammer, cops say she kicked the radio inside the squad car. Ooops! This is the second arrest for Delgado - she was arrested last year for allegedly punching her "Bachelor" fiance Byron Velvick.
