A 17-year-old Wisconsin high school student was arrested after he showed his friends nude pictures he took with his cell phone of his ex-girlfriend.

A new state law requires people to give their consent when they are photographed naked. The 16-year-old girl allegedly did not give her consent and was trying to get out of the picture when it was taken.

The minor faces possible charges of representation depicting nudity, as well as disorderly conduct and resisting arrest due to an incident that ensued when officers told the suspect they were seizing his phone as evidence.
