The Bachelorette's DeAnna Pappas Calls Off Her Engagement

DeAnna Pappas has broken up with Jesse Csincsak, who she became engaged to on "The Bachelorette."

"I really felt like I was going to spend the rest of my life with him. I thought he was my fairy-tale ending," Pappas told In Touch magazine. "But after the show was over and we settled in to our normal lives, I slowly came to realize that we are two totally different people and it wasn't going to work out."

"I still believe in love," she added. "More than anything, I want to find someone I can spend the rest of my life with."

Pappas says she'll donate her engagement ring to charity.

These marriage shows have always baffled me anyway. I find it completely rediculous that a person would be forced into finding ‘true love’ by the end of a sitcom. It’s like turning on a light switch. One day the guy is a complete stranger, but when the cameras are rolling, she’s kissing him and he’s ‘the one’. Wow.

I just go married to the man of my dreams (my best friend) always watching your show. I believe in true love, but it just doesnt happened like magic. its you meet your best friend and decide to spend the rest of your life together. its a decision, not always like magic. I love Deanna!!!!!!!!
