While we are soldiering through our economic recession, saving our pennies, shopping on budgets, cutting out coupons, the people in Dubai are doing exactly ... the opposite. Dubai has just opened the biggest mall EVER, complete with an Olympic-sized ice skating rink, 1200 stores and 160 places to eat. At almost 6 million square feet, this pretty much makes the biggest mall in America (Minnesota's Mall of America) look like a small shack. You know the hour we spend stuffing our faces with a cinnamon roll and sorting through a Gap sale? In Dubai, they make it their national past time. Sheesh, you could literally spend an entire day and never see the place! Forget Disneyland, we're headed to Dubai!
