The thought of Thanksgiving brings one thing to most of our minds...endless hours at the gym to get rid of those ever so tempting mashed potatoes.

It's ok moms! Our friends over at the Daily Plate and Livestrong have come to our holiday rescue once again. PHEW! Here's our Thanksgiving breakdown of what we actually have to do in order to work off the two pounds of turkey we managed to eat.
