Actress Alyssa Milano filed a restraining order after 54-year-old Jeff Turner hiked through the woods and snuck into her gated, Los Angeles home, last month.

Turner entered a San Francisco 49ers sweepstakes to meet Alyssa and allegedly called the team to see if he was the winner -- who would get the chance for a face-to-face encounter with the star -- at today's 49ers-Jets game.

Jeff Turner was at one time obsessed with teen singer Tiffany, and appeared in a documentary, "I Think We're Alone Now", where he proudly displayed his restraining order against the then 16-year-old singer.

Milano filed an affidavit requesting a restraining order against Jeff Turner staying she feared for her "personal safety, and that of [her] family and friends."
