A man swings a tiny baby from a rope tied high to a tree. Is it a harmless stunt or should someone call Child Services? And what about the neighbors who took the video? Shouldn't they have stopped this madness?!

That person should not have swung the baby so high. What if it fell out or the equipment broke with the baby in it he would really wish he hadn’t done that. Baby could have brain damage or something else.
