Caylee was not sold. She was KILLED so Casey could have her single life with a boyfriend that didn’t want a little girl around. SHE IS DEAD. THE TRAINED CADAVER DOGS HIT AT THE ANTHONYS BACK YARD AND IN THE TRUNK OF HER CAR… THEY ARE T R A I N E D THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL PROCEDURE…THEY ARE TRAINED TO HIT ON HUMAN REMAINS!!!

Jen, I think you are not only way off but you have a great imagination. You should write mystery novels and not post on blogs about Casey Anthony. These speculations are just getting wild. The bottom line is the jury will find Casey Anthony guilty of first degree murder after looking at the scientific evidence showing a dead body and chloroform were in the car trunk, computer searches showing Casey searched for neck breaking, household weapons, chloroform, missing children’s sites and lost numbers in March and text messages showing Caylee stood in the way of her sex laisons and partying, listening to the testimony of her former friends and family and the sheriff’s deputies who investigated the case, and watching Casey on tape admitting to investigators that she lied to friends and family about where Caylee was for 31 days, never reported Caylee missing to the police, when her mother called the police gave them false names and addresses of a babysitter she claimed kidnapped Caylee and lied to the investigators about having a job and never seeing Caylee after June 9 when she left her on the steps of Sawgrass Apartments with a nonexistent nanny. A video shows Caylee on her great grandfather’s lap June 15.

I don’t know how anybody could think Cindy Anthony knew Caylee was missing before July 15 after listening to that 911 tape. She can hardly breathe when she says, “Caylee is missing. Caylee is missing.” She’s also sounds upset when she says “something is wrong. I found my daughter’s car today and it smells like there has been a dead body in the damn car.” Casey is the only one who killed Caylee and disposed of her body. No one else knows where the body is or he or she would have told by now. Casey is a sociopath and they have no remorse and no concern about getting caught. It’s easy for them to lie and keep their mouth shut. The secret gives her power. Being in solitary confinement doesn’t even encourage Casey to talk. Casey will take the secret of what happened to Caylee to her grave.

I think Cindy should be charged too, she hid things, lied, gave false statements, washed evidence, gave wrong evidence to FBI, and lets not forget the switcharoo she tried to pull in the underpass when she was to take Casey to jail, when Jose Bozo was to take her, not Cindy. Casey is a waste of space and she needs her neck broke and stuffed into a hot car to rot. George and Lee can’t seem to handle their sexual urges and Cindy wouldn’t put out unless it benefited her. Sadly I think Caylee has passed away, I think Casey had been drugging her for awhile to get her to sleep while she partied. I think she was using Xanax “Zanny” for short. She would give Caylee Xanax & Caylee would go to sleep for hours. I think that she did this so frequently that evenutally it built up in little Caylee’s body and it was an accidental overdose. By accident I mean way too much, death was not the point but it happened. Casey has said she had dropped Caylee off at this Sawgrass apartment for several months and the apartment management said the apartment was empty. Casey had friends that lived at Sawgrass. I think she was giving Caylee Xanax (leaving her with Zanny) and would leave her in that empty apartment. I think Casey died on the day Zenadia Gonzales toured Sawgrass Apartments. When Casey returned to the empty apartment, to get Caylee, she discovered Caylee was dead. She then went to the office to look at the visitor log to see if anyone had visited that empty apartment or if there was any indication that anyone else knew. I think on Casey’s frequent trips to visit frinds at Sawgrass she discovered the apartment was vacant, stole a key/had a key made and used the empty apartment & Xanax as a free babysitter. Has the crime lab processed this apartment for hair samples or anything that would tie it to Caylee?

A decomposing body was in the trunk, and a family member is missing. The only missing piece of that puzzle is the body’s current location. Unfortunately, I feel that the body was disposed of in a dumpster, and may never be found.

Cidi, of course Caylee looks like Lee. He is her uncle. My niece looks just like me. Dee, you are probably right. Tim Miller, head of Equsearch, told Nancy Grace today he feared Caylee’s remains may never be found. It’s been six months since Caylee was last seen. By now her body would be so decomposed only her tiny bones would be found. That’s like finding a needle in a haystack. Casey knew that and that’s why she has kept her mouth shut. She figures no body, no crime. However, with DNA evidence, air tests, cadaver dogs and testimony of five people who smelled the dead body in the car, the state doesn’t need the body to prove Caylee is dead. Caylee has been missing since June 16 and if on July 15 a dead body is in her mother’s car trunk along with Caylee’s decomposing hair and chloroform which was searched for on her mother’s computer, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that the body has to be Caylee. Casey is the last person seen with Caylee. Casey lied to friends and family about Caylee’s whereabouts and never reported her daughter missing to police and then lied to police saying her daughter was kidnapped 31 days ago when her mother called 911 after smelling the dead body in Casey’s car and Casey refused to tell her where Caylee was. No mother whose toddler is kidnapped fails to report her missing and parties as if she is glad her daughter is gone and then lies to police. Only a murderer does that.

It just seems so odd that everything casey has done and everything she has said has been so easily found out, all except where Caylee is. You would think if Casey took the care of hiding Caylees body so carefully that it couldn’t be found, then she would have taken more care of other evidence also not to be discoverd, but most all of the circumstansial evidence is just out there (in your face) waiting to be found and her lies are just so incredidably bogas that they were so easily discredited. So why didn’t she hide all and create harder to prove lies when she made sure Caylee couldn’t be found? I still think theres something amiss with this entire case. I am leaning more and more towards it being a plan to get Caylee away from the Anthonys. Maybe Casey was afraid her brother or maybe even George might start sexually abusing her also like they did her. Maybe thats another reason she made up the Nanny, to make her family think she had one so she didn’t have to leave her at home. So I would think then that is why she didn’t report her missing, because she wasn’t. Casey was making sure she was long gone before even going home, that way her mother could report her and it would be to late to find her…. just as Casey planned all along. I mean who tells lies like where she works, when she dosn’t. She knows they will find she dosn’t, and she never tries to cover the lies ,she just sits there when they ask her . Its like she wants everyone to think Caylee could be dead, that way no one will guess where she really is and no one will continue looking. Caylee will be safe, and Casey is probably hoping shell be aquitted with no body. and in the end, she will have saved Caylee from her family and at the same time, she is getting back at them for what they did to her. She probably has thought about this for quite some time.

Colleen, if Caylee is not dead please explain whose dead body was in Casey’s car trunk between June 16 and July 15? Cadaver dogs and five witnesses who testified to smelling a dead body in Casey’s car trunk, FBI air tests showing a dead body and the position of that body and DNA tests on a decomposing hair of an Anthony can’t all be wrong. Only one Anthony is missing so to me that points to Caylee being dead.

lisa, your theory pretty much mimics mine except for the apt. complex, zanaida connection. Zanaida’s visitor card was from April and Caylee didn’t die in April so there goes that part of your theory. THEN wouldn’t that be VERY coincidental that she’s been giving her Xanax and referring to it as Zani for quite some time before this and coincidentally she found a name in the visitors log that could go along with “Zani”…… not likely. I do think that Zani was probably code for “xanax”………. does everyone know the IM conversation with Jesse where she mentions getting Xanax from Annie? but everyone EVERY-ONE says that they never saw Casey take Xanax……….i wonder if Jesse knew what she was referring to as far as getting some Xanax.

Sarahane, where did you get the idea that Zenaida’s “visitor card” as you called it was in April? Police said the real Zenaida Gonzalez filled out a rental application when she looked at the empty apartment at Sawgrass on June 17, the day after police believe Casey killed Caylee. Lisa, I don’t buy your theory that Casey went in and out of an empty apartment leaving Caylee sedated on Xanex with agents showing the apartment frequently. Someone would have seen Caylee passed out and called CPS. Casey wouldn’t have researched recipes for chloroform if she was sedating Caylee with Xanex. I believe Casey visited the Sawgrass office planning on renting that apartment on June 17 when the agent was showing the apartment to Zenaida and got her name off the application Zenaida filled out. Casey did not see Zenaida, just her name or she would not have described the nanny as 23, 5 foot 7 and with no tatoos and lots of money. The Zenaida who filled out the apartment application is 5 foot 3, in her 30s, covered with tatoos and is broke. That’s why she’s suing Casey Anthony for defamation of character.

I believe that Casey killed the little girl bottom line so she could party. As horrible as this is to say, I believe that Casey disposed of Caylee in some swamp and the alligators have gotten her…this is why no one has been able to find a body.

Colleen - Caylee is dead. There is sufficient forensic evidence collected from the trunk of the vehicle to indicate Caylee is positively DEAD! The decomposition in the trunk was overwhelming. Decomposition of a dead human body is distinct. Someone’s body was rotting in the trunk and the likely person is CAYLEE . Since Caylee is the only person missing from the Anthony family, who matches the decomposition DNA and who is associated the trunk of that particular vehicle, Caylee is most definitely undeniably DEAD. It isn’t Casey, Lee, Cindy, or George’s decomposition in that trunk. Lastly, Casey was searching the computer for information on manufacturing Chloroform, there is evidence that Chloroform was found in the trunk of the vehicle left by Casey Anthony in the hot parking lot near a dumpster, where it was discovered there was decomposition of a body, and Caylee is still missing, Caylee is dead. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what is going on here. Now, whether or not Casey did this deliberately is for a jury to determine. That means that Casey could have just chloroformed her daughter and placed her sleeping body in the trunk of the car in order to go dancing up and down a pole in a nightclub not meaning to kill her. It is hot in Florida and it can get 100 degrees in the shade. Poor Caylee in that hot trunk died from lack of oxygen coupled with chloroform overdose. When Casey finished sliding her hinny up and down the flag pole, came back to the car trunk, discovered her daughter’s lifeless body, she panicked, left the body in the trunk trying to decide what to do with it. Casey then went back to her parent’s home retrieved the two gas cans full of petrol, when to a remote area, burned Caylee’s body, dump the gas cans in the trunk, went to the dumpster site and disposed of the car. A burned body is much more easily disposed of (ashes to ashes dust to dust). Casey is going to get away with the perfect crime of murder and there is nothing anyone can do about it. There is no doubt in my mind that all these crazy theories that Lee is the father of the child and/or George raped Casey is being leaked by the defense counsel, Baez in order to cast doubt in everyone’s

Nellie, I live in Florida and there is no way that the body was burned. There is a big fear of fires here and the smoke would have attracted too much attention.Some of the evidence in the trunk is supposedly inconclusive, and sadly, I think this trial may end up like the OJ Simpson fiasco. Nancy

Nellie, Do you know how Casey got access to the visitor’s information at Sawgrass. I’ve been wondering when she saw it, and how she selected that apartment building for her cover story. I know a lot of people, and really only know the middle names of my wife and family members. So, it seems strange that Caley would know Zanaida’s middle name, and continually refer to her using her middle name. Only my mother has referred to me using my whole name, that was when I was a kid, and she was angry at me, and it only happened once. Also, is there any written records that Caylee was shown the apartment on the 17th?

These are all theorys that each of us get to express under the thread title. Im not argueing with anyone telling them they are wrong and I am right. I am expressing how some of this case looks to me and me only and would expect the same from others who are posting thier theories. It seems to me that if the cadaver dogs hit on a spot that signaled a decomposing body, that maybe thats where they would be looking , it dosn’t take a rocket scientest to figure that one out nellie. But no one is digging are they? maybe because the media made it more of what it truly was, (they do that!!) I believe if the dogs hit on it to the degree that the media has lead us to believe they did, then they would have dug it up. So maybe some of the other stuff also has been exsaggerated for a more sensational story. I mean everday there seems to be another little tidbit that the press can’t wait to give us, and some of it is irrelavent to anything other than to keep the fire going. I read through the documents that the forensic testing made public, and I never read anywhere in them that there was conclusive evidence. Part of me can’t help but think Casey had to have done it, but the media has planted that seed from the get go and I know that, so I started trying to think of other possibilitys. It has to make me wonder why the prosecution feels the need to give the media the non conclusive and circumstantial evidence ,knowing full well how the media is, knowing they want to make a story more than it really is so everyone will be tuned in . And they do it well. I don’t know the absolute truth of what happened , and anyone that claims they do and trys to belittle someone else here for having a theory other than thiers is just arrogant on thier part.
