Casey Talks about Caylee in the Past Tense

Did Casey Anthony slip up when she talked about her missing daughter Caylee?
Sociopaths are expert liars, and watching the recently released video tapes of Casey and her visiting parents, you feel like you're watching a real expert.
In the footage, Casey continues to insinuate her daughter Caylee is alive and well, hidden away with the fictitious nanny. But at one point Casey seems to forget her deceptively prepared lines: "Caylee's been so lucky to have both of you," she tells her emotionally drained parents, "I can't even put into words how glad I am that she had both of you." Casey's glad that Caylee HAD both of them?! Casey, being the expert fibber that she is, corrects her gaffe with "and that she still has both of you." There are a myriad of other clues that point to Casey's guilt but is this slip-up an unintentional admission of guilt?
On a different note, Casey won a major reprieve today as prosecutors said that they will not seek the death penalty in the Anthony case because it is "not in the best interest of the people of the state of Florida."
