"ER" star Parminder Nagra announced that she and her photographer boyfriend, James Stenson, are expecting their first child together.

"We are thrilled and overjoyed at the prospect of becoming first time parents," said Nagra.

Nagra has been with her current beau for seven years. "Yes, our plans are to get married but there's no confirmed date yet," Nagra added.

There are currently no plans to write her pregnancy into this "ER" season. The emergency room drama's final episode is scheduled to air in February 2009.
