Police arrested a 50-year-old man for spraying teens with fox urine after they toilet-papered his house.

Scott Wagar allegedly used night vision goggles to see the 15-20 people running toward his house. He swore at them and used a squirt gun to shower them with urine. Police report that he also struggled with one of the teens.

Wagar pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges of misdemeanor assault and other charges.

He has been released on personal recognizance.
