His biographer says he has a life-threatening lung condition.

Today, the 'net was buzzing with rumors that Michael Jackson is fighting for his life. Jackson biographer Ian Halperin said the King of Pop is battling a genetic disease called A1AD -- alpha-1 anti-trypsin deficiency -- that has left him nearly blind and desperately in need of a lung transplant.

But Michael Jackson's official and sole spokesperson Dr. Tohme has issued the following statement: "Concerning this author's allegations, we would hope in the future that legitimate media will not continue to be exploited by such an obvious attempt to promote this unauthorized 'biography.' The writer's wild allegations concerning Mr. Jackson's health are a total fabrication. Mr. Jackson is in fine health, and finalizing negotiations with a major entertainment company and television network for both a world tour and a series of specials and appearances."

i love mr.jackson so much i dont want him to die he is mychristain brother forever and i wis to met him some ay, but idk if that will happen but mike you hang in there jehovah will nring you though my friend the is near so draw close to jehovah god

Michael Jackson is the most amazing person in the world. I am a very gulable person but i would have never beleived anything people acused him for i can just tell by how he reacts to everything that he is not lying. I dont recall seeing him in movies. Therefor he is not an actor. When I think about Michael Jackson he truly cheers me up. If i am feeling bad i just think about him. He is an amazing human being. If he was to die. I don’t know what I would do. I find it hard to beleive that he is dying. Who really knows besides him and his family. ALLS I KNOW is that he is the most amazing person ever and if he were to die, not saying he is or anything. That would be the end of the road for me. I love Michael Jackson more than anything.

Michael i hope you recieve this, i am 12 and i love you no matter what, i pray every night asking for me to meet u someday, and it has to happen, michael please, please dont let go of my heart, i want to meet you, Michael your all of your cases is not stopping your fans from loving you, remember that your 1 of a million and please dont let go. i love you more than the world!
