A New prosecutor in Boulder, Colorado says he plans to take another look at the unsolved JonBenet Ramsey case. This Friday after Christmas marked the 12-year-anniversary of JonBenet's murder and prosecutors have been unable to charge anyone with her death.

District Attorney Stan Garnett says he will make a decision regarding the case within the first 30 days on the job and could possibly send the investigation back to the police. Garnett's predecessor, Mary Lacy, publicly exonerated the Ramsey family this year in the murder of their then 6-year-old daughter.
