A mother believes that a miracle saved her daughter's life after she photographed what appears to be an angel in a North Carolina hospital.

Colleen Banton checked her daughter, Chelsea, into the hospital for pneumonia before the child was even two years old. The young girl's condition became worse as she developed a series of life-threatening viruses and was put on a ventilator.

"We had been praying every day, my oldest daughter and I and Chelsea," said Colleen. "...Praying for a miracle."

After two months, the mother saw a light shining on the wall of the hospital that resembled an angel. She was able to take a photo of the occurrence before it disappeared.

Her daughter was taken off of the ventilator and her vitals became stable to the amazement of the hospital staff. Chelsea quickly recovered and released from the hospital.

Colleen believes that her child is a living miracle.

"If they doubt it, that's fine. ... But I know what I saw, and the picture's untouched," she said. "I didn't make it up. That's just something that I believe.

oh yes, I believe this is entirely possible and probable. I think the danger is more in the not believing. I certainly enjoy believing that an angel was outside that room. I have seen a few things like that myself!

Wow! Miracles are really good! Chelsea is really happy that she’s healed. Thanks to the angel who appeared to her mom.

Yes, Miracles do happen, I’ve been graced with several myself, unworthy that I am… Could it be that Jesus wishes us to think of His own miraculous birth 2,000 years ago? I think so. Let’s remember what we are truly celebrating: the first Mass of Christ, our Lord and Saviour. A Happy and Holy Christmas to all!!!

I absolutely believe that was an angel. God heard those prayers and those people believed with all their heart. How wonderful it is to know that God sent his angel to this little girl. That’s how much he loves us!

God doesnt want anyone to perish. He loves the world so much that he sent his son Jesus to save us from our sins, accept the free gift and become born again John 3:3 and 3:16 Its a free gift

The key to remember is that there are NO windows anywhere on the walls or ceiling to bring in this light… where else could this be coming from if not something paranormal/angelic? I challenge anyone to find out what it is, if they don’t believe.

My pastor told me about this on new years eve and he told me many non-believers will try and justify what this was. To true believers we all know we walk by faith not by sight so I don’t have to see it clear as day to believe I believe God is real, angels are real and Jesus suffered for all of us. So thank God for answered prayers and thank God for angels. I’ve seen photos of angels and it shocks me everytime but I have so much Faith that I know what God has left us to learn and teach others his way.
