Missy Chase Lapine has just sold a new book to Running Press, despite her ongoing legal dispute with Jerry and Jessica Seinfeld.

Lapine, writer of the best-selling series "Sneaky Chef," filed the lawsuit in January after Ms. Seinfeld published her cookbook "Deceptively Delicious." Lapine claims that Ms. Seinfeld's book plagiarizes her own purée children's recipes.

She is also suing Mr. Seinfeld for calling her "a wacko" during a talk-show appearance.

Details of the new book have not been released.
