The Most Screwed Up Ad Ever

A man drags a dead underwear-clad model over the hood of a car in this new fashion ad.

We've told you about some fashion ads in the past that really made us mad, but this one takes the cake. Lawyer-turned-designer Duncan Quinn (umm, lawyer?) plans on selling his men's suits with this controversial ad. In it, a man drags a seemingly dead woman in underwear over the hood of a car. WTF?

We called the Duncan camp and they responded: "It's sexy, you know? A girl on a hood type of thing. It's an ad ... it speaks for itself." Well, yes ... yes, it does. You know what it speaks? Violence and disrespect against women. Period.

What do you think? Comment in the momlogic community.

My only thought is that if his suits are as ugly as the one he’s wearing in the ad he should go back to being a lawyer. As for the model I couldn’t care less.

Finally! A clothing company that caters to creepy homicidal maniacs with a sense of style.

WTF?? This is seriously disturbing. Does what ever sick clown who made this really think all men find necrophilia or snuff films sexy?

Wow. That is totally promoting violence and ugly suits. It’s a lose-lose ad for them either way you look at it.

Wow…this makes me even happier that I’m a JCPenny kinda guy when it comes to buying suits. Unfortunately his overpriced pieces of refuse will still most likely turn him a profit.

This ad is DISTURBING! It should not be condoned. I can’t believe it was actually approved!!

I dont mind it. Ads are art. Art can be disturbing. His clothing should be displayed how he wants it to be displayed. If everyone hates this Ad, no one will buy his suits, and he will change it. The End.

This and the Levi’s “live unbuttoned” ads are atrocious. No wonder our teenagers are the way they are. They shouldn’t be allowed to play.

Only repressed people would see violence and depravity in a tongue in cheek ad.

DAMN, but I love an ad that features not only a woman being treated like a disposable object (not a REAL person, heavens no- we can’t even see her face!), but an ugly suit to boot.
