Wake Up Your Libido!

Is your sex life in a slump? Here's how to get back in the groove.

man and woman caressing

It should come as no surprise that after a busy day, a stressful event, or just sheer laziness, your sex life can fall to the wayside. But just because you're experiencing a drought, doesn't mean your sex life is doomed - it's just taking a nap. Give your libido a wakeup call with these suggestions.

Just Do It: There's a reason people say sex is like a drug - it is. See, during sex, part of the brain that switches on is the same area that also gets revved during the rush-induced effects of nicotine. So when we experience something pleasurable, our brains want this behavior again and again. Which is why people in love often can't get enough of each other. In other words, the more you do it, the more you'll want it. Sure, it can be hard to motivate if you're used to slumping in front of the tube after work, but the payoff is too good to pass up!

Touch Yourself: Researchers say women who masturbate have more sex and more intense orgasms than women who don't. And it makes sense - the more you get hot and bothered on your own, the easier it'll be to evoke those same feelings with your guy. So bring yourself to the brink, then ask him to join in.

Swap Fantasies: It's a proven fact: People who fantasize regularly have more frequent and satisfying sex than those who don't. Why? Women with a sexually active mind are better at tapping into their libidos. So drum up your best sexy scenario, then dare your man to fulfill it.

Just what on earth are you trying to put in women’s heads? Any sexual contact that does not result in pregnacy is sin. Period. If you skanks can’t get that through your heads don’t blame me when you stand before the white throne on judgement day and have to explain your sex addiction and shameless masturbation. I’m praying for all of you because it’s a Christian’s duty and I love Christ such that I am able to put aside my personal feelings on the matter…

I like to touch myself a lot. Sometimes I get drunk and when I touch myself its like cheating and gets me all excited.

Well Yadira, as much I dislike admitting it your Catholic “Priest” is absolutely correct; tampering with the scared inner working’s of a woman’s anatomy is an afront to God and evidence of the Devil’s work on earth.

I don’t know what planet Louise Van Domelyn is from, but who ever heard of having to get pregnant so sex won’t be a sin. I think she is ready for the rubber room. Barbara Eubanks

Louis you are so wrong. I don’t know what bible your reading, but you cannot defile the marital bed. God created sex for husband and wife, not just to make children. Now if your not married then yes, sex is a sin. Period.

You are all crazy!!!! I hope you are not really this insane if so i feel sorry for you all. Sex is not a sin! And using prtection is smart and the right thing to do. Rather than bringing children into the world that will not be properly taken care of. Rather than passing judgement on others you should really look at yourself!

It’s awful hard to get pregnant if someone doesn’t have a libido in the first place, and it’s impossible to guarantee that pregnancy will result even with procreative sex at the most fertile time. Louise needs her head examined!
