Casey Anthony Defense Shifts Gears

 

Who knows? Maybe Morales’ finger prints will end up showing up on the duct tape. As time goes on, I feel more and more that Casey did not *set out* to kill Caylee (though she was not Mother of the Year). Maybe someone else did it, and for ***some unknown reason*** Casey is covering for that person. Casey may have aided in disposing of Caylee’s body (explaining the traces of a decomposing body in her car… items from her house at the scene.. etc), but something in me doesn’t think she was the one who actually did it. I know I know, nobody will agree with me, but that’s okay. I’ve never been one to agree with the crowd; I don’t jump on bandwagons. Boy, the defense team would love to have me as a juror.

I said months ago that Casey will try to blame friends and family. She borrowed duct tape from Amy - Maybe so her prints would be on it? She used Tony’s car also - did she leave evidence there too? If you have ever had contact with Casey Anthony - watch your back.

You might want to look more closely at the babysitter. She may have had access to Casey’s computer and possibly did the search about chloroform. While Caley was in the care of the babysitter, maybe she injured Caley resulting in her death. Maybe the babysitter panicked and she was the one who disposed of the body. Another theory is that maybe Caley does know more than what she is telling and fears that if she does reveal the real suspect that her life (Casey) will be in danger.

007 and Anonymous, you have to be the defense team or Cindy trying to raise reasonable doubt. Everyone knows there is no nanny. Give up on the fingerprint evidence. No one is buying it. Yes, I believe Baez will try to pin it on Ricardo, Amy, Jesse, any of her friends but it won’t do any good. The jury will be smart enough to connect the dots and they lead to one person who had means, motive and opportunity: Casey Anthony. Cindy was trying to convince the investigators that Casey was involved with some “bad” people who did something to Caylee. Her friends hardly saw Caylee. Why would they want to harm a toddler? The Mother of the Year either dumped her on Cindy – which Cindy complained to her coworkers – or chloroformed her and tossed her in the back of the car trunk. Besides a self involved, narcistic, sociopath would never take the rap for someone else. Casey would be singing like a bird if anyone else did it. No way would Casey sit in jail keeping her mouth shut unless she killed her toddler. She is guilty as sin and a jury is going to listen to all the evidence and convict her of first degree murder.

Illogical thinking, such as yours, has no boundaries it ranges from accepting the most bizarre to rejecting the most obvious. Please read it again because that describes the both of you perfectly? Right On Sally! Xanax/Zanny the ‘nanny’! Oh, please! Everyone over the age of 16 knows that Zanny is slang for Xanax. Furthermore, both George and Cindy have stated that the ‘nanny’ was never at their home and they had not physically met her. Though at the beginning of the investigation Cindy did say that she had spoken to Zanny on the phone, but this was proven to be a pack of lies and in a follow up interview with the police Cindy retracted it. “I meant …. (whatever lies)….” Casey’s friends have all been tainted by her and of course Casey’s defense team will try to ‘point the finger’ in their direction. But all the text messages, phone calls, and physical EVIDENCE will lead to the profoundly obvious conclusion that they, the friends, had not seen Caylee in weeks and are not responsible for her death. Rick Morales had been broken up with Casey since April. But a man will always chase free tail. You are right in questioning - what would be their reason to chloroform/kill this child? Personally, I think Caylee’s death was accidental at the hands of one and only one sociopath. I think that given Casey’s financial woes, as evidenced by her recent thieving from family and friends, she thought to have Caylee ‘kidnapped’ and get $ from her parents. Being the sociopath that Casey is, she hid her actions and partied out any remorse she might have felt, but I doubt she had any. Think about her tattoo – “La vita e bella” – which she acquired about the same time as Caylee’s death. Casey wanted a life without Caylee, with parties and lovers to buy her a ‘beautiful life’. While I feel pity for George and Cindy, whose lives and lies have been completely exposed and given the recent events involving George, which will garner further sympathy for the them, their actions through-out have hampered the investigation, but it has not, will not, and must not deter from the truth. Caylee is dead and Casey is responsible for it.

Here is the new strategy: Pollute the air waves with sympathy for “Poor Gerge and Cindy”….who can imagine what they are going through, they ask…well, I ask..”Why does Caylee look so much like George? What is hte long time sickness in the Anthony household that manifested as such a dysfunctional and aberrant family? Why was Casey permitted to trapse Caylee out all night and behave as she did with no parental oversight? WHY DIDN”T cindy and George SCREAM WHERE is CAYLEE for 32 DAYS?? When Casey had no job and no where else to take the baby, away from her bed and room…and now - NEW Strategy…Why would Cindy and new lawyer paint a suicidal picture of George the way they did? he was escaping Cindy’s insanity and going off by himself…he has probably done this before in their marriage as I suspect, and perhaps had his own “comfort measures” to escape before…why else pick that motel, and where else could he go to get away from Cindy? He bought beer and had his BP meds and some personal things. He wasn’t delirious or anything when found according to the cops. his “suicide note” was just writing / journaling his thoughts and feelings away from the prying eyes of Cindy and everyone else..it is actuallu quite a healthy thing to do….To get away from it all and collect himself doesn’t seem sick at all…BUT Cindy reeled him right back in with her “alerts” to the police…what if George ever really wanted to get away from her and her craziness…now they will say he is “suicidal” and lock him in Psych if he ever tries to break free from the Cindy snares again….poor guy…HE KNOWS THE TRUTH ABOUT ALL OF IT!!

I agree with you anonymous. But, if he was trying to get away from Cindy, why would he text her. I do believe that he knows or has a feeling that it is his daughter who did this. And, just maybe he is having a hard time facing the truth. What is up with Lee not cooperating with anyone. He is suscpicously wierd to me.

Perhaps the chloroform was a “sex enhancing” toy for Casey and it either spilled in her trunk and knocked Caylee out..or the poor baby was so drugged and overdosed while Casey partied all night leaving Caylee who knows where. Maybe Casey and her agreed upon “babysitters used Caylee” for paid porn flicks or activities….Casey is too stupid to have planned this from start to finish in my opinion…whatever she did backfired and someone had to help her move that body from the “we moved a palm tree story by Cindy” when the dogs hit in the yard…to WHO is the real father…the baby looks EXACTLY like George….sick sick

“Sally” and “In my opinion”, I certainly don’t expect you to agree with me, and I believe I said so in my initial posting. It’s okay! I happen to be one who forms my opinion on things after I have all of the facts. In this case, facts are surfacing all the time. There are new and different twists in this case weekly! At this point, I believe that Casey knows what happened, and most probably was involved in disposing of Caylee’s body. As far as whether or not she is the one who actually DID it, I will come to my conclusion when more facts are in. I operate this way rather than having knee jerk reactions and name calling.

How can anyone actually think Casey is in anyway innocent…SHE DID NOT REPORT HER CHILD MISSISNG FOR 31 DAYS…What mother does that. This is the most compelling evidence in this case to me. Even Susan Smith reported her children “missing” the same day she filled them…come on people, think, think, think!!! I’m hoping the duct tape is full of Casey’s fingerprints…certainly if they were able to find the “imprint” of the heart sticker on the tape, they certainly should have a few good prints. Also in reading more of the foresencis reports, I believe they might be able to trace leaves and dirt from the crime scene to dirt and leaves they found underneath her car!!!! As far as the rest of her family is concerned, I’m not one to judge…but I really believe George knows the whole truth…after all he testified before the grand jury that indicted her…sure he must have had something really compelling to say…But most of all, at this point, all the focus should be on JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!!!

007, what more facts do you need? She failed to report her child missing. She lied to friends and family saying Caylee was at the beach and Disneyland with the nanny. She abandoned her car after admitting to her friend Amy that it smelled like death, claiming it was two squirrels. Cadaver dogs, a homicide detective, a two truck driver, George and Cindy all said the car trunk smelled like a dead body had been in it. FBI tests said that dead body was Caylee’s. A skull and bones identified as Caylee’s were found behind the Anthony home. That alone tells me Casey did it. Who else would have the opportunity or the motive to kill Caylee?

I forgot to mention the little matter of her lying to police about having a job, a nanny that kidnapped Caylee and a live and well Caylee calling her on the phone the day before her behind was slammed into the slammer. And the way she throws tantrums anytime anyone in her family asks her questions about Caylee’s whereabouts. She’s only interested in complaining about how she can’t talk to her boyfriend and her life has been taken away from her. She doesn’t care that she took her life from her toddler. Anyone who defends a babykiller and tries to pin it on someone else to me is disgusting.

Sally, I’m not saying that Casey is ‘innocent’. I feel that she is involved, as there are indeed things that point in that direction (things you mentioned). However, I am not convinced that SHE is the one who actually ended Caylee’s life. If Casey is not the one who did it, I believe she knows what happened and participated in the cover-up and disposal of Caylee’s body (this is what I mean by ‘involved’). I believe there is *a chance* that someone else, within Casey’s circle, caused Caylee’s actual death, and for some unknown reason (may become known as time goes on) Casey feels she could not/can not come forward with the details, as it would incriminate her in some other area. This could be real deep. Face it, she was up to no good, and was going to extremes in her ways to get her hands on money. I feel that there is a possibility that she ‘used’ her daughter, in a bad way, in order to gain money, and something went VERY WRONG. I’m NOT saying that I am convinced this theory is correct, but I think it should be considered. I’m just trying to figure it all out with the information I know thus far. I’m not looking to *pin it on someone else*, but I remain open as details continue to surface. If this makes me “disgusting” in your eyes, so be it.

Sally, I couldn’t have said it any better myself. This whole family is just so sick, sick, sick. By the way, I got the creeps some time ago when I ran across a photo of Caylee’s great-grandfather, Cindy’s father, that Cindy had on her cell phone. Sorry, but there is just something in that face that strikes me as evil. He looks like a seasoned old sinner to me. That’s just what I come away with when I look at the man. Brrr. Specific problems such as alcoholism, and sexual abuse tend to persist in the same families for generations. Again, I know it’s assuming much, and I do hope I’m wrong, but it leaves me wondering if this old dad had an incestuous relationship with his daughter Cindy? This sort of stuff hangs on. Don’t ask me how abused children manage to re-enact the same scenario in the next - their - generation but they often do. Why do they end up incapable of protecting their own kids from the same fate…Even if they themselves don’t abuse them, they don’t exhibit any good sense in terms of potential danger! Maybe they’ve had to lie too long and too hard about their own bad experiences, push them down deep out of sight in their own soul, in order to be capable of some semblance of functioning, and surviving. So their sensitivities have become blunted in those painful areas of their lives?Anyway, in psycho-babble the phenomenon is called the repetition compulsion.

It’s interesting that Jodi, 007, anonymous, Sean and other screen names - probably penned by the same person - who claim you’re not saying Casey isn’t “involved” but maybe the nanny did it, no the meter reader did it, now her friends did it never deny my claims that you are Cindy or the defense team just trying to raise reasonable doubt. Every new development in the case points more to Casey, not to anyone else. My point is a two year old girl lost her life and this is not a game. The sociopath who killed her should not be set free to murder someone else because someone decides it would be fun to spread reasonable doubt on blogs using the cover “I just have an open mind.” Think about that 007.

I mistakenly was anony#2..and I have never doubted Casey’s role, the perverted Anthony family dynamics, secrets and likely incestuous liaisons with each other..even the way creepy old Grandpa is holding the baby looks like bad touch…look at Caylee’s EYES as she is on his lap…look at Caylee’s eys and face as she moves from infant tto her last days…she is afraid and hurt and it shows! Earlier pics of her have that phony Jon Benet look, and her Totmom and Grandpa?Totdad refer to her as “captivating” “Gorgeous”..This is a 2 Year old!! And the tape with the heart sticker sounds like sex play with a child that went wrong…and why did Casey delete over 200 pix of Caylee from her computer…were they advertisements for porn or money involving the child? and why are there no pix of caylee with Lee? Just some thoughts…I wish someone knew how to do a search on the past of this family Geo/Cin and the rest before they ran away from Ohio to Florida….SOMETHING IS WRONG besides Caylee’s death!!

007 and Jodi, I have a few questions I would like to ask you. How and why are you ignoring all the facts and evidence that points to Casey as being the murderer of her child when: Casey was the only one who knew her daughter was missing, in the first 30 days, and acted happy as a lark with that knowledge, not Ricardo Morales or any of her other friends. Casey’s car is the one she abandoned tht had the smell of human decompostion, Ricardo’s car or any of her other friends. Casey is the only one who lied about having a job and needing a nanny while Ricardo and all her other friends were responsible young adults either working or going to school. Casey is the only one who had access to Caylee’s Winnie the Pooh Blanket and other items that were found in the woods with Caylee’s remains, not Ricardo or any of her other friends. Caylee’s remains were found 15 houses away from Casey’s home, not Ricardo’s or any of her friend’s home. (Plus it’s a known fact that women who kill get rid of the body close to their home.) It was Casey who looked up recipes for chloroform, neck breaking and missing children on her computer, not Ricardo or any of her other friends. It was Casey who had the means, motive and opportunity to kill Caylee, not Ricardo or any of her other friends. It is Casey who sits in jail accused of this horrible crime, not Ricardo or any of her others friends. It is unreasonable to try and put the blame on anyone else but Casey so she is the one who will spend the rest of her life in prison, not Ricardo or any of her other friends.

I have a feeling that Caylee was originally buried in the backyard of the Anthony’s. Then, later the little body was dumped. The reason is because the cadaver dogs went crazy in the backyard, right in the beginning of the investigation, Then the scent went cold. Remember how Casey borrowed the shovel, and backed her car into the garage? she didn’t actually leave with the shovel. Someone helped Casey get rid of the baby the second time….but who?…No doubt the whole family. Just look how Cindy washed clothes, i.e. evidence!…just speculating.
