It's no wonder this couple is in court battling over child support ... the father has trouble just remembering all of his kids.

On today's episode of "Judge Jeanine Pirro," a mother sues the father of her kid for child support claiming he owes her thousands of dollars while he's enjoying an extravagant lifestyle. The father claims that the mother cheated on him while they were together and slammed his car with a baseball bat.
