Here's how it works:
On Friday, download the meal plan, shopping list and recipes for the following week. Over the weekend take an hour or so to sort and prep some items. That's it ... when Monday rolls around you are ready to go for the week! The meals do not cook themselves so there is a little time involved each evening but dinner will be on the table more quickly than you could ever imagine. This is your plan so mix up the meals however they work into your daily routine.
