I have to say that i have appreciated this series on sleep issues. I also have a 13 month old little guy with similar sleep issues. So this was useful information. I have not slept well for over a year..and it is taking a toll on me physically and emotionally as well as it is adding extra stress to our marriage. I talk to other mommies and very few of them can relate to this topic because..their kids sleep! So i will be taking some of the tools stated and trying them with our little guy..because i need to get back to work. And no sleep does not go hand and hand with my job. thank you again.
