Forget about the The Morning Banana Diet and the Alternate Day Diet ... it's time for the Chopstick Diet! This weight-loss program is based on the principle that A: You can't eat fatty foods like pizza and ice cream with chopsticks (well, you can try) and B: Westerners aren't very adept at using Asian utensils.
And according Kimiko Barber, the London-based Japanese author of "The Chopsticks Diet," Japanese women stay slim because: "In Japan, food is served in smaller portions and is designed to be eaten with chopsticks which slow you down, so you eat less."
