PiscesLawyer: Casey Anthony Can't Get a Fair Trial
Casey Anthony's lawyer is expected to ask for a change of venue for her trial.
Attorney Jose Baez is expected to request the change this week. Legal experts and other attorneys have said they can't imagine the judge holding the trial in Orlando because of all the publicity the case has attracted. Local Orlando TV station WESH reports the trial will likely be moved to another metropolitan area like Jacksonville or Miami.
It is possible for jurors from other parts of the state to be brought to Orlando and/or sequestered. Either option will be costly.
"The more complicated the case gets, the more money it costs the taxpayer to try this ... You have to move everybody, the court reporters, the attorneys," commented attorney Leticia Marques.

WHY SHOULD SHE GET A FAIR TRIAL WHEN ALL THE FACTS ARE POINTING TO HER. CAYLEE DIDN’T HAVE ANY RIGHTS. DID SHE? THAT’S WHY CAYLEE IS NOT ON EARTH ANYMORE. HER RIGHTS WERE TAKEN FROM THIS LIL ANGEL. AND LAVONNE YOUR RIGHT SAVE THE TAXE PAYERS MONEY AND USE IT WISELY ELSE WHERE.
This woman should have to seat in her cell 24/7 and watch and hear her little one talk, I bet you then she would give it up.

WHAT IS FAIR ABOUT THE DEATH OF A CHILD. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING………..
It is truly a shame that any taxpayer money has to be spent on this woman’s trial when we all know she is guilty as hell. I don’t think it will matter where they trial is held…the result will be the same…guilty of 1st degree murder….I don’t think any jury any where will find it acceptable for any mother to not report their 2 yr old child missing for 31 whole days while that mother was out partying and doing everything other than looking for Caylee. She should just save all the taxpayers in Fl a break and just plead this case out of court and march on off to prison!!!!
