After less than a month, Naomi Watts nearly has her pre-baby figure back!

"I'm breast feeding," said Watts, 40, of her infant Samuel Kai during a red carpet event. "And he's sucking it all out of me, it seems. And when the baby comes out, it's a lot of weight right there."

Watts and husband Liev Schreiber also have another son, Alexander Pete, who was born July 2007.

"And I've also got this big baby right here," she said, pointing to Schreiber beside her.
