Swayze left the hospital on Friday. In a statement, Swayze's publicist would not speak about his condition, but said he "is well enough to have been released," and is now resting at his home in Los Angeles.
Swayze has been fighting pancreatic cancer -- one of the most deadly and fastest growing types of cancer -- for over a year. Just two days before checking into the hospital, Swayze's interview with Barbara Walter's aired, where he described his fight and fears over dying.
This week, "The Beast" premiered on A&E -- which he taped while undergoing cancer treatment. The network was hopeful Swayze could return for the second season of the show.
