Check out this emotional video.

The "Dirty Dancing" heartthrob speaks out about his battle with pancreatic cancer for the first time since his diagnosis to Barbara Walters.

In the "20/20" interview that airs Wednesday at 10pm ET, actor Patrick Swayze confesses he is scared. "I'm going through hell and I've only seen the beginning of it," he says. "There's a lot of fear here ... There's a lot of stuff going on. Yeah, I'm scared. Yeah, I'm angry. Yeah, I'm [asking] 'Why me?' Yeah, I'm all this stuff."

The 56-year-old's battle with cancer began late in 2007. As he celebrated New Year's Eve with his wife, Lisa Niemi, Swayze felt that something was wrong.

Our thoughts are with Patrick Swayze and his family in this difficult time. We're pulling for you!

Patrick and family ……. You will continue to be in my daily prayers. I lost my beautiful Mother to this horrible disease in 2006, after a rapid, violent 4 month fight. You are a miracle in that you are surviving this killer. I KNOW that it is SO hard. Hang in there. You have touched many lives and now so many of these are holding you in their arms.

Regards to Patrick Swayze, VERY IMPORTANT! Chemo and Radiations don’t work well at all. I do alot of cancer research and have been advising others of better ways to beat cancers like, drinking 4 capfuls of fulvic mineral solution a day, taking 3 equal doses of Cesium Chloride w/DMSO also daily, drinking distilled water (more oxygen),theres another one that is out also that cured a terminal guy called Chapparral..anything but chemo and radiation guys, which hurts our healthy cells and destroys the immune system…Trust in God and run the other way using these alternative therapies! p.s. always buy quality water, do not drink public water or well waters. Our water supply has made many people ill with contaminants that slip into the system or by old structures… (your illnesses are not always caused by a basic stomach virus)Positive thinking …You can win the war, even when things look grim, YES, YOU REALLY CAN, STAY POSITIVE, because what I say is TRUE/GOD BLESS TO ALL… I pray his family gets this messege, I felt that this info was important for them to get.. another treatment that had miraculous effects, intravenous high dose Vitamin C…..say no to chemo, say no to radiation

Hi Patrick, I watched your Barbara Walter interview last night and I know all the emotions that you are going through. My sister had breast cancer and I was there by her side through everything with her. I would like to share with you what I wrote to my sister…Keep fighting!!! You are a True Hero!!! A fan and a friend, Patti Tribute to the Real Heroes You hear about heroes everyday, such as war veterans or someone who has saved another persons life. I have never read about another real hero, one who is battling cancer. These people are true heroes who go unnoticed. I do not have cancer myself, but my sister does. I have seen what such a diagnosis has put her through. Her entire life has been changed by three little words, “you have cancer”. She and millions of others with cancer have the same question,”Why Me?” Their lives come to a complete halt and very quickly they begin to feel stripped of their pride, their dignity is taken from them. They feel hopeless, scared, ashamed, detached, isolated, angry, and as if they have been given a death sentence. Birth is a death sentence. Well now it is time that people with cancer see our sides. The side of someone without cancer. To my sister, and all with cancer, you are all true heroes. I admire your strength and courage. During the times that you may not feel strong, we see your strength. When you feel scared, reach out, there are many hands to hold. When it rains, look between the drops of rain for between each drop of rain there is an Angel. I also see the goodness in your hearts and most important, people around you see it, too. I have learned from my sister to stop and smell the roses. I saw the world through her eyes and until then, I never knew how beautiful the world really is. Cancer is a word of great challenge. Life is an even bigger challenge. So to my sister, my biggest Hero, and to all with cancer, God bless you. I am proud of you all, and I admire you all more than you can ever imagine. To my sister, my best friend, I love you and admire you. You have given me so much in my life and I have learned so much from you.

I watched the Barbara Walters special and got the impression that Patrick Swayze felt that if there actually was a cure for cancer, everybody would know about it. Well he has no idea about the power that the big pharmacieutical companies have to crush cheap and effective cures for cancer. He has not bothered to find any form of alternative treatment for cancer and has resigned himself to dying. Too bad. If he would cure himself of cancer it would be an effective way to get laws passed to protect doctors who try to practice alternative medicin without going to jail. At least Patrick gets plenty of sunshine on his ranch. The vitamin D is probably keeping him alive.
