An example of racism, they just treat women like side workers and stuff. Lets just say Shame on you Mickey!
He wasn’t employing only men, he mentiones there are other jobs for women. Yeah, their mentality on women was messed, but that was everywhere back in those times.

What do you expect from that time? I’d be willing to bet that women got these letters like this from other companies…not just Disney.
