He wasn’t employing only men, he mentiones there are other jobs for women. Yeah, their mentality on women was messed, but that was everywhere back in those times.

It was 1938…things hadn’t progressed as far then..

What do you expect from that time? I’d be willing to bet that women got these letters like this from other companies…not just Disney.

The only way I’d be concerned is if it was dated June 7, 2009. Get over it.
