Actress Kelly Rutherford and her millionaire husband are splitting after two-years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. This is Kelly Rutherford's second marriage.

Rutherford is three months pregnant has a two-year-old son with her German entrepreneur husband, Daniel Giersch. Kelly is scheduled to be back on the "Gossip Girl" set in New York on Tuesday after the holiday hiatus.
