This isn't the first time Prince Harry is apologizing for his offensive behavior.

The third in line to the British throne released an apology through his spokesperson for a video recently discovered that shows Harry calling one soldier a "Paki" and another wearing a cloth a "raghead." His spokesperson said Harry "understands how offensive [these] term can be, and is extremely sorry for any offense his words might cause."

Harry apologized in 2005 after wearing a Nazi costume to a party and said it was "a very stupid thing to do and I've learned my lesson."
