Sarah Palin: My Daughter Is NOT a Dropout!

Friday, January 2, 2009

Alaska governor and self-proclaimed hockey mom Sarah Palin wants to clear the air about her 18-year-old daughter and future son-in-law's plans to complete high school.

Bristol Palin, Levi Johnston, Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin tells People, "You need to know that both Levi and Bristol are working their butts off to parent and going to school and working at the same time ... They are certainly not high school dropouts." The protective mom and new grandma added rumors the kids aren't going to complete high school "harms Bristol's reputation and Levi's reputation and their chances for good work opportunities."

Fiancees Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston welcomed their son Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston on December 28th. Levi told the Associated Press in October that he had dropped out of high school to pursue a career as an electrician.

If he was in his last year, why not just finish the year off and work afterwards. It is going to be that much harder to do now.

I find this comical. Does Scary Sarah think the public is going to believe her lies any more now than they did before! She needs to quit and pay attention to her other children before they are all pregnant.

There is no reason to have to speak for your children when they hit the age of eighteen. Does it really matter if they drop out of high school or not? It should be no concern for any other person than for the people mentioned. It is not the country’s choice if people stay in school or not. It is up to those kids. It should not even reflect the parents. Whether the parents are to blame or not,it should not even be an issue. If Sarah Palin was not up for the whole presidental thing do you honestly believe that the country would even know about the choices her child and significant other make. People in general need to focus on their own lives and not worry so much about others. People who have to make comments about other people’s lives need to gain a life for themselves. It is people who cause the gossip that makes this world the way it is. Filled with discuss and hatred towards others. No one person is better than another. People make mistakes and make their own choices that is the way this world needs to let it be.

Really come on! Get a life! I had a baby in high school, finished school with the help of my mother, but it could have easily gone the other way! My daughters father left the picture as soon as I said I was in the family way! We survived! At least this boy is standing up for his girl and his child! So I say leave them alone, like the last person said this wouldn’t even be an issue if Sarah Palin hadn’t ran for VP. Leave them alone!

Millions of people finish high-school, get a job, get married and then have a baby-in that order so parents are able to adequately provide for the baby. Bristol&Levi do it in the reverse bec SP can provide for the couple & new additions. $$Money$$ makes everything right. A early school leaver is not a high school “dropout” & take as long as you like to finish college in the meantime.

She is calling attention to herself by saying the STUPIDEST things. Does it matter if her her son, her daughter, and her son in law are ALL drop outs? NOT to me, but when Palin says that they ARE NOT…….????????? well, they DID drop out, all 3 of them, that makes them DROP OUTS. My mom dropped out of school, she later when on to get her masters, but she admits she was a DROP OUT., Sarah, THAT is what you are when you DROP OUT…a DROP OUT, that is what the words MEANS. Palin is CONSTANTLY saying black is white! Who should I believe MY lying eyes and ears or Sarah Palin? sah……………
