We all know that being a mom can sometimes get stressful. Between school lunches, soccer practice, and work, when are we supposed to find time to prepare a hot meal? Enter Dietitian in the Kitchen, Diane Henderiks!

Tuesday: Chicken & Turkey Sausage Murphy
Suggested sides: Whole grain penne pasta & steamed broccoli

Wednesday: Baked Salmon with Canellini Puree
Suggested sides: Bulgur pilaf & sautéed zucchini

Thursday: Vegetarian Chili
Suggested sides: Brown rice & romaine salad

Friday: Asian Chicken Salad
Suggested side: Red bliss potato salad
