Sue…..I just made a normal spinach and swiss cheese quiche today, and my son Paul asked if I could make a “crustless” one, because he didn’t want to have the pastry…Just finished watching your video..(I’m not gonna’ weigh myself naked) but I’m definitely going to make your breakfast quiche…in the words of that “other cook”…it looks *yumm-oh*
