Too Many Pillows

Guest blogger Marilyn Kentz: I'm a little surprised the multi-pillow trend on the king-size bed has not died down yet. I think it became popular when Shabby Chic hit the showrooms. A minimum of six -- not counting the two you actually use for sleep comfort -- is required to capture the look. I recently slept in a guest room on a twin loaded with fifteen pretty ones. Her color palette was divine. There's an intuitive strategy to achieve the look. Every woman has it. Straight men do not. It confuses them.

Here's a little poem -- a ditty, if you will -- about the eight pillows on my bed:
I've been workin' real hard to get slimmed down
I'm finally back in that evening gown
Think of all the water I had to drink
So he'd walk in the door and give me a wink
Took him to the bedroom -- and this is what he said,
"There are too many pillows on the bed!"
I cooked him a tasty, special meal
Garden veggies and a little veal,
Home made pie straight from the oven.
I figured it was time for a little lovin'
Led him to the bedroom -- this is what he said,
"There are too many pillows on the bed!"

I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time.
I thought i was the only one suffering this pillow fight with my husband! thank you!
seriously. What’s with all the pillows? Some women have gotten this completely out of hand. It’s ridiculous. 4 pillows max…and those little roll shaped ones…what are those about? Really!
OMG, my husband cant understand or stand the sight of 6 pillows on our queen size bed. We are newly married, and he just wants 2 pillows- and its not happening cause I want the 6. 4 to sleep with and 2 with shams- it is simple. And to achieve an inviting look in the bedroom it needs at least 6! Men cant get it!
Men aren’t the only ones who don’t get it. I certainly don’t. I used to need @ least two pillows for me. One for my head, the other to snuggle. I have my hubby now to serve as my living pillow. NOTHING in our bedroom really matches, and really, if I’m going romp on the bed, I could care less how pretty it is, I plan on doing some serious destruction while I’m there!

Excavation with much situations is rattling problematical and I believe we individual to be real unhurried in dealings with specified situations. Riveting things mentioned here in this situation. Convey you
