"I don't have my own plane. I don't have a chef or a trainer. To me, you're a movie star only during the time when you're at the Academy Awards or at an important glamorous event. It's very much a hat that you wear, and as soon as the event's over, the hat comes off. I'm back to being me and being Mummy, and that's my priority."

We have a girl-crush on Kate Winslet, and how could you not? Look at the cover of February's "In Style." She's gorgeous and REAL. She's got real boobs and a forehead that moves.

Discussing her Golden Globe winnnig performance in the film "Revolutionary Road," she says "I'm so thrilled by our (herself and co-star Leonardo DiCaprio) foreheads. They're supposed to move. I'm very proud of that. I firmly believe in characters looking real. Nothing irritates me more than when you see a character waking up in bed in the morning and they've got a full face of makeup on and perfectly coiffed hair." AMEN sister.

We also love the fact that she's so much more than just her job, and the only "celeb-y" thing she ever does is get the occasional facial. She seems just like us.
